We also process content you or your users submit through Cabin, such as photos, photo credits, garage sale listings, food truck listings, module settings, and public page content.
Usage and Technical Data
We may collect page view counts, request metadata, device or browser information, approximate location derived from requests, logs, and diagnostic data to operate, secure, and improve Cabin.
Some module data is requested from third-party APIs, including weather, tides, air quality, maps, image hosting, analytics, authentication, and payment providers.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and administer Cabin, authenticate users, manage tenants, publish configured modules, moderate submissions, process payments, provide support, monitor reliability, and improve the service.
We may use contact information to send service-related messages, billing notices, security notices, and important product updates.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help operate Cabin, including hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, image delivery, maps, and data providers. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.

Customer and Public Content
Content configured for publication may be publicly visible on tenant sites, including photos, credits, descriptions, sale details, schedules, and module data.
Tenant administrators are responsible for the content they publish and for reviewing user-submitted content before approval where moderation workflows are available.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.
Tenant administrators or platform administrators may delete certain records from Cabin. Some backups, logs, third-party records, or billing records may persist for a limited period after deletion.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
