Terms of Service
Effective date: June 15, 2026
Use of Cabin
Cabin provides hosted local publishing tools, including modules for weather, tides, air quality, photos, garage sales, food trucks, games, and related administrative workflows.
You are responsible for the content, configuration, submissions, and users associated with your publication or tenant. You agree not to use Cabin for unlawful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or harmful activity.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Access to administrative features may be limited by tenant membership and role.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account or tenant is being used in a way that creates security, legal, billing, or operational risk.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you add to Cabin. You grant Cabin the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content as part of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for text, photos, business listings, submitted content, and other materials published through Cabin.
Third-Party Services
Cabin may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, maps, weather, air quality, image delivery, and other infrastructure. Your use of Cabin may depend on those services remaining available.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Cabin is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our control.
Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown when you subscribe. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Disclaimers and Liability
Cabin is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party data such as weather, tides, air quality, maps, or forecasts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cabin after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
